DDR5
DDR5 took a while to standardize: Initially planned for 2018, it was released in July 2020.
In this technology, a new feature called Decision Feedback Equalization (DFE) enables input/output (I/O) speed scalability for higher bandwidth and performance improvement.
DDR5 takes data processing to the next level as it delivers rich features for higher performance, lower power consumption, and improved resilience. Unlike DDR4, all DDR5 chips have on-die error correction code that detects and corrects errors before passing data on. However, it’s important to note that the on-die error correction code is not the same as ECC memory (that has extra error correction chips on the memory module).
Currently, we offer DDR5 from the following manufacturers:

Density: 16Gb - 64Gb
Speed: up to 6400MHz
Operating Temperature: commercial and industrial grades

Organisation: x8, x16
Voltage: 1.1V
Package: FBGA78, FBGA82, FBGA 106
Other features:
On Die Error Correction Code
